About Our Firm
Our History
Originally Micelli Bell, in May of 1973 Michael Bell formed a separate partnership with Ron Fidler under the name of Fidler & Bell. In 1984, the firm was joined by Stanley O. Orrock. Dennis G. Popka joined the firm in January of 2010, followed shortly thereafter by Wayne Tucker and Raymond Dolen. The corporation is now doing business as Dolen, Tucker, Tierney & Abraham. The firm consistently hires veteran trial attorneys; lawyers who are not afraid to try cases, and who are, in the tradition of the firm, determined to win. Our firm’s principles have created a litigation firm that handles many of the region’s major cases, and a firm that matches courtroom performance with client service.

Our Staff
Cases assigned to our firm are handled by the requested (or designated) attorney and a “case manager”. This not only establishes a one-on-one rapport with the client, but provides an individual who is consistently current on case activity. These individuals are qualified law clerks and paralegals, each with extensive legal experience.
